Is airfare included in the total trip price?

Airfare is included in certain trips, only when it specifies that in the package. Otherwise you have to purchase your tickets to/from your trip start/end cities.

What kind of changes can I make to my trip and how do I make changes?

If the flight was part of a tour purchase with us, you can contact us to help you make the changes.

I have special dietary needs. Can you accommodate?

In most of the cases that won’t be a problem. After you finish your purchase a representative will get in touch with you to arrange details from your trip, this is the time where you want to state your ‘special requests’.
